a. We will refer to the LooKKooL, Look Kool Entertainment, We or Us as the Owner and service provider of this web site. You will be referred to as ``Member`` or ``User`` of the site www.lookkool.ca, its services, and its affiliates.
b. User must be in agreement and is subject to the terms and conditions we have stated here.
c. Any aspect of LooKKooL, can be changed, updated & modified at any time without notice.
2) Characteristics of LooKKooL & Services Provided
a. LooKKooL is the only Montreal nightlife information hub that also provides its members with guest list to venues and various events. If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern LooKKooL’s relationship with you in relation to this website.
b. Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
c. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

3) Membership Obligations
a. In order to use the service we have provided you must in return provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information. We have the right to suspend, edit, and/or delete your account without notice if we suspect you have given us false, untrue, and/or incomplete information.

a. The user is responsible for maintaining confidentiality of his or her own password and account related information.
b. Any misuse through the member`s account will be the user`s responsibility.
c. The user and only that user should know the password to their account.
d. Any leakage of account password, the user must notify LooKKooL immediately.
5) Membership Conduct & Use of Service
a. The member is fully responsible of any and all material he or she transmits through the website.
b. The member must positively use the service and only for personal use.
c. Members must respect the regulations set by LooKKooL such as the following:
i. The service will not be used for commercial purposes
ii. No solicitation will be accepted
iii. Members must not impersonate
iv. Members must not Harm minors
v. The user must not transmit any virus
vi. Members must not disrupt website content and/or service that`s provided through the website
vii. Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law.
d. Under no circumstances will lookkool.ca be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any Content (for example, if an event posted on lookkool.ca is listed on the wrong date, place, or time), or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, or otherwise transmitted via the service provided.
6) Limited Liability
a. You agree that LooKKooL, the website, its affiliates and any entity that is connected with LooKKooL will not be held responsible for any disputes, problems that arise from you and any third party. LooKKooL will be deemed harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party.
