Q) What’s the difference between Guestlist and Table reservations?
A) When you are placed on the guestlist, you are granted free entry provided you arrive at the venue before a certain time (varies at different venues). However, with table reservations you are not only granted free access but also skip the line. Table reservations require you to buy at least 1 bottle of alcohol (varies at different venues).
Q) What if I have more guests that would like to join me at a particular club on a specific night and I need more guestlist than what is allowed on LooKKooL?
A) There are 2 options in this case. Either one of the guests accompanying you will become a member of our website and will request another guestlist at the venue in question or you could contact us at least 48 hours in advance to make the proper arrangements.
Q) Before what time should I submit my guestlist request?
A) The guestlist request must be submitted before 9:00pm on the day of the party!
Q) How am I certain that my guestlist has been submitted and processed?
A) You will recieve an email that will notify you with the details of the guestlist that you have submitted. If you haven’t recieved an email, make sure to check your junk mail and contact us as soon as possible.
Q) If I’m planning large group outings or birthday bashes, would LooKKooL be able to organize our night out?
A) We definetly would be able to help, and would ask to be contacted at least 48 hours in advance in order for us to deliver the best party experience for you and your group!
